Overview
This was a project for my Advanced Typography class. We were tasked to create a booklet for a typeface of our choice and use that typeface however we chose in order to highlight the history, details of the typeface and how the typeface can be visualized in design.
Initial Sketches
I wanted to use custom illustrations and incorporate the type into them in order to visually display the typeface.
These were scanned and then brought into Adobe Illustrator to be vectorized. I then brought these illustrations into Adobe InDesign to layout the designs as spreads to be printed and bound using saddle stitch technology.
